Job offering : Experienced payroll manager
As part of our development, we are looking to expand our team with a:
Experienced Salary Manager (M/F)
Your mission :
You will manage the entire payroll cycle, i.e:

· You will manage your own client portfolio from A to Z (calculating salaries in the APSAL software, declaring salary data to the CCSS using the Sofie software, managing sickness, etc.).
· You have direct contact with the customer, as well as with the Luxembourg authorities (CCSS, CNS, ITM, Administration des Contributions, ADEM, etc.) or other service providers (including banks).
· You have a good knowledge of Luxembourg employment law in order to assist and advise clients.
· You will establish employment contracts and amendments for your clients.
· You will establish various administrative documents for the Employment Administration, as well as those relating to the termination of staff.
Your Profile :
· You have at least 5 years' experience in payroll management in a fiduciary company.
· You are organised, rigorous and able to work independently.
· You are flexible and have good interpersonal skills.
· You are fluent in French and have a good level of English, German being considered an additional asset.
· You have an excellent knowledge of Luxembourg employment law.
