Our timeline

The chartered accountants’ firm was founded in 2011 in Luxembourg following a split from the Mazars group. 

Philippe Slendzak and Patrick Rochas, the duo of founding partners, naturally chose the name Fiduo for their fiduciary.
 

Fiduo is now an independent multidisciplinary firm with more than 30 employees and four specialized partners:
 

Philippe Slendzak was one of the founders of Mazars in Luxembourg in the mid-1990s before setting up Fiduo in 2011. He is a member of the Institute of Registered Auditors. His areas of expertise include legal and contractual auditing, domiciliation and associated services, business management consulting.

Sylviane Courtois has been working alongside Philippe Slendzak since 1994 and is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants in Luxembourg. Her areas of expertise include general accounting, grants, liquidation, domiciliation and related services.

Janique Tontoni has also been working with Philippe Slendzak for more than 20 years and is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants. Her areas of expertise include legal and contractual auditing, wealth management consulting.

Antoine-Michel Rodriguez spent over 20 years with the Big Four and joined Fiduo in 2021 as a partner. His role is to help entrepreneurs and fund managers choose the right business model and organise their investments from a tax, legal and operational point of view.

Now a member of one of the top 10 accounting and consulting networks, Crowe Global, Fiduo is in a position to support local and international clients alike, ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to listed companies and investment funds.
